Q3: How is your Quality Control?
A: We have a professional QC department responsible for every production process. We utilize Hardness Testers, 2.5D Image Testers, Salt Spray Chambers, Life Testers, and Noise testers to ensure quality.
Q4: How about the sample order?
A: Samples are available. Please contact us with your customized details. Sample fees are refundable upon placing a formal mass production order.
Q5: How long is the delivery and shipping?
A: Delivery time depends on quantity, usually 15-25 working days. Regular products can be shipped within 3-5 working days, while customized samples take 7-10 working days.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T (50% deposit, 50% before delivery), Western Union, and major credit cards. We provide photos or videos of products and packaging before final payment.
