We have a professional QC department responsible for every production process. We utilize precision testing equipment such as Hardness Testers, 2.5D Image Testers, Salt Spray Chambers, Life Testers, Temperature Test Machines, and Noise testers to ensure product quality.
4 How long is the delivery and shipping?
Delivery time depends on the quantity ordered, usually taking 15-25 working days. Regular products can be shipped within 3-5 working days, while customized samples typically ship within 7-10 working days.
5 Which shipping ways are available?
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and Sea freight are available. We suggest express shipping for samples and packages under 100kg, and air or sea shipping for heavier cargo.
6 What are your terms of Payment?
We accept T/T (50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery), Western Union, Money Gram, Visa, and Master card. We provide photos or videos of products and packaging before final balance payment.
